Privacy — plain language
This policy covers skeleton watch dial, a Wear OS watch face published by Data Fathom. It is written for a person, readable in under a minute, and makes no claim the code does not enforce.
What this watch face does with your data
Nothing leaves your watch.
There is no server. No account. No sign-in. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to be uploaded to.
What we read
Right now, nothing. This version displays the time and whatever you choose to put in a complication slot — the complication data comes from whichever app you picked, not from us.
When activity logging arrives
A future version will read heart rate and step count so it can show them on your wrist and keep your own log. When that happens:
- Readings are shown on your watch and stored on your devices.
- They are never sent anywhere. There is no network path in the app for them to travel on.
- They are never written to a log file.
- Your phone holds the durable copy, and you can export it in an open format whenever you want.
The trade-off, stated honestly
Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no cloud backup. If you lose your watch and have not exported or paired a phone, that history is gone. We think that is the right trade for data this personal — but you should know it before you rely on it, not after.
No tracking, ever
No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs of any kind. This is verified on every build, not merely intended.
